At GENÈSE, every handbag is thoughtfully crafted using genuine calfskin leather. We hope you love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from scratches, marks, perfume, makeup, or odors
- Returned with the original dust bag, packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse, accidents, or normal wear
Genuine Leather
Each GENÈSE handbag is crafted from genuine calfskin leather.
Natural grain variations, wrinkles, and small markings are characteristics of authentic leather and are not considered defects. These unique details make every piece one of a kind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another color are available subject to stock availability.
