Every GENÈSE handbag is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio.

We are committed to delivering your order safely and securely.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

Estimated delivery:

1–3 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected destinations.

Estimated delivery:

  • Asia: 3–7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Other destinations: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local courier delays.

 

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

GENÈSE cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you throughout the process.

 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
